THIRD GRADE

 

IMPORTANT: Please do not buy a pencil box. All students will be using the same type of box. We will send home more information after school begins.

 

 Please label the binder and with your child’s name before putting them in the backpack.

 

• A 1.5 inch 3-ring binder (NO ZIPPERS OR VELCRO)

• 5 binder dividers (with pockets/labels)

• 1 pair of kid-sized scissors

• 1- set of headphones or earbuds – must have 3.5 mm (1/8 inch) input jack.  Cannot be a USB connection, Bluetooth connection or large over the ear models.  These are for computer use. Label with name in a ziplock bag.

 

Please put these items in a bag marked with the classroom number.

• 1 set of markers - Classic Color 10 Pack - Broad Line

• 1 set of colored pencils - Classic Color 12 Pack

• 24 or more sharpened #2 pencils- Ticonderoga ONLY

• 3 highlighters – green, yellow, pink

• At least 3 Magic Rub large white erasers (no pink erasers)

• 4 pack of glue sticks

• 4 ultra-fine point Sharpie – Black

• 2 fine point Sharpie – Black

• 2 wide ruled spiral bound notebook – single subject

• 1 plastic pocket folder

• 3 reams of white copy paper

• 2 big boxes of tissues

• 3 black Expo Dry Erase Markers, Chisel. Low odor

• Post-it Notes

• Baby wipes & Hand Sanitizer

 

Homework assignment books will be provided at school.
